We want to be part of San Diego Farm to Fork Week I agree to participate by: 1. Providing a list of our partner farms with contact information. An ongoing relationship with a farm that includes regular and significant purchasing will be verified by a member of the Farm to Fork Week team. 2. Providing, for purchase, a special prix fixe meal or menu or specially priced dish, that includes items purchased from your partner farms. during each of 2 Farm to Fork Weeks in any calendar year and having that menu posted to your website no later than 1 month before the start of F to F week. 3. Engaging in and amplifying the social and earned media of Farm to Fork Week and the social media of other Farm to Fork Week farms, restaurants and media partners. Please use the hashtags #farmtoforksd and #loyaltolocal. 4. Acting as a distribution point for Edible San Diego magazine. 5. Paying the $150 Farm to Fork Week participation fee. This will cover the cost of maintaining the website, engaging public relations, graphic design and promoting through social media. (by check or credit card)
