Join us Saturday morning September 8th for a pre Farm to Fork Week tour of the San Diego Tuna Harbor with some of San Diego's best chefs including Chef Rob Ruiz of Land and Water Company in Carlsbad and Chef Juan Carlos Recamier of Ceviche House in Old Town. Taste a few of their creations and walk the market with these encyclopedias of culinary advice on how to buy, cook and serve the freshest fish.
