You may know that in the next couple of months The Red Door will soon be transferred to new owners. Consequently, this will be their last Farmers, Friends and Fishermen Dinner in the restaurant.
We'd love for you to join them at their twelfth in a series of seasonal dinners featuring their favorite farmers, ranchers, fisherman and winemakers and their wonderful products. Guest chef Flor Franco wil warm us up with wonderful winter abundance. This is a chance to say goodbye to the Red Door family and to be together as friends and supporters of local, sustainable agriculture.
They will have eggs from Spur Valley Ranch, cheese from local group Queso Diego, fish from Kelly and Jolene Fukushima owners of Three Boys Fisheries, spices from local friends Smij Spicery, winter vegetables from our very own garden and pumpkins from Stehly Farms. Wine pairings will be from our dear friends the Stehlys and Broomells, owners of Stehleon and Vesper Vineyards.
Two seatings, 4 pm and 730 pm.
4:00 or 7:30 - Farmer Facetime: producer meet and greet with specialty cocktail and ricotta bar in BAR by Red Door.
4:30 or 8 - Chef Flor Franco's four course tribute to the work that our farmers and fishermen do. With pairings and narration by producers.
