9:30 AM:     Welcome and remarks by Farm to Fork Week Founder Trish Watlington, Event Organizer Stephanie Parker of Slow Food San Diego, and a representative from the County Supervisor’s office.  County Supervisor’s proclamation for San Diego Farm to Fork Week.

10:00 AM:  Fish Cooking Demonstration and Tasting with Chef Cindy Quinonez

11:30 AM:  Fish breakdown Demonstration with local San Diego Fisherman,
